Credits: 3

Examines psychological literature of need, cognitive, and reinforcement theories of motivation; organizational attachment (commitment, absenteeism, and turnover); job design and quality of work issues. Emphasizes methodological and psychometric issues in interpreting and evaluating work-motivation research. May not be repeated for credit.
Recommended Prerequisite: PSYC 333 or permission of instructor.
Registration Restrictions:

Enrollment limited to students in the LA-MA-PSYC or LA-PHD-PSYC programs.

Enrollment is limited to Graduate level students.

Students in a Non-Degree Post-Baccalaureate or Non-Degree Undergraduate degrees may not enroll.
