Human Capital Management, Personnel Selection, Leadership Development
I’m a Master’s student studying Industrial-Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. I graduated Magna Cum Laude with my Bachelor’s in Forensic Psychology from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, through a full academic scholarship from the Macaulay Honors College. I also attended Brooklyn Technical High-School, where I graduated Summa Cum Laude, with a concentration in Law & Society.
I have interned in a variety of industries and sectors. I consistently give my all to exceed expectations, and have references available on request to attest to my work ethic. In the majority of my roles, I utilized programs that were previously foreign to me, researched fields I hadn’t previously been exposed to, and employed data management strategies I hadn’t previously been aware of.
My internships and education uniquely position me to succeed in roles involving human capital management, data analysis, and program evaluation. I like people, I love challenges. I’m most comfortable when I’m stepping out of my comfort zone, as I’ve learned that’s the best way to expand it.
Please feel free to reach out to me via LinkedIn- I am always open to have a conversation.
