Joanna is a first-year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University. Prior to beginning at Mason, Joanna received her B.A. in Psychology and Music and a Minor in Spanish from Lafayette College (Spring 2017). She then worked for three years as a clinical research coordinator in the Yale School of Medicine Alzheimer’s Disease Research Unit. Joanna is currently working with Dr. Stephen Zaccaro, conducting research on 1) team dynamics, performance, and multiteam systems and 2) leadership development across various contexts, including the military and healthcare.
