Industrial/Organizational Psychology: Work motivation,emotions,employee well-being,occupational health psychology, and research methods
I'm currently a 5th-year doctoral student in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology. I graduated from Peking University, China, with bachelor double degrees in Psychology and Biology. My research interests mainly include work motivation,work emotions, well-being, occupational health psychology, gig economy, and research methods in I/O. My primary advisor is Dr. Seth Kaplan, but I also work with other faculty members on employee work experiences, leisure well-being, job crafting, and psychometrics. I have published research in journals including Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Vocational Behaviors, Journal of Business and Psychology, etc.
