Madeline Wonders is a second-year PhD student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology program at George Mason University, advised by Dr. Seth Kaplan in the Department of Psychology. She graduated with honors in 2022 from the University of Kentucky, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology.

With a passion for understanding the intricacies of human behavior and organizational dynamics, Madeline is interested in the critical areas of occupational health psychology (e.g., stress, well-being, work-nonwork balance) and team dynamics. In addition to her academic pursuits, Madeline serves as the current President of the I-O Psychology Student Association.
