Linh Nguyen is a doctoral student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program at George Mason University and is working under the guidance of Dr. Yijue Liang. Prior to George Mason, Linh earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Minor in Organizational Leadership from the University of Cincinnati and her Master of Arts degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from University of Akron.

Linh’s current research interests lie at the intersection of motivation, emotion, well-being, and attitudes. She is passionate about exploring how these factors influence individual and organizational outcomes, aiming to contribute evidence-based insights that enhance workplace environments and employee experiences. Additionally, Linh is interested in examining the impact of work environments on employees’ experiences, investigating how physical, social, and cultural workplace elements shape well-being and performance.
