During her time at Mason, Sandi delivered the keynote address at the Human Services Workforce Development Evaluation Symposium at UCLA and co-presented a workshop titled "Transforming a Local Child Welfare Training System" at the National Staff Development and Training Association conference in Pittsburgh. She also attended as a guest speaker during the initial course and in the practicum course to provide insights to new students.
