Isabella Nunez

Isabella Nunez is a first year M.A. student in Industrial-Organizational Psychology at George Mason University. 

She is a graduate of the University of Florida, where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, with a minor in Business Administration. Here, her research experience focused on organizational behavioral management, with particular emphasis on the role of breaks and exposure to nature in the workplace, as well as feedback-seeking behaviors.

In addition to her academic research, Isabella has gained applied experience in human resources and organizational development through experiences at NBCUniversal, Community Care Plan, and Nestlé. Currently, Isabella works as a year-round Learning and Talent Development Intern at Navy Federal Credit Union, where she supports internal consulting efforts focused on learning strategy and organizational effectiveness. She is involved on campus as a Junior Consultant for the Volunteer Program Assessment (VPA).
