Kevin is a first-year doctoral student in the Industrial/Organizational psychology program, working with Dr. Lauren Kuykendall. Kevin received his B.S. in Psychology from Saint Louis University (2015) and M.A in Industrial/Organizational from George Mason University. Prior to starting the Ph.D. program, he interned as a graduate research fellow at Army Research Institute, working on projects focused on the measurement of unit resilience. Currently, his research interests include various topics in occupational health psychology (e.g. employee well-being, work-life balance, and work-related stress), resilience, and organizational citizenship behaviors.
