Katrina Piccone Merlini

Organizational Leadership, Workplace Inclusion, and Employee Motivation.

I hold a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Florida Tech, with areas of research that include organizational leadership, workplace inclusion, and employee motivation. In my previous role as Senior Researcher at the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), I conducted workplace research that bridges the scientist-practitioner gap, targeting Organizational and HR leaders, and impacting over 115 million+ employees world-wide. I was also formerly an Assistant Professor in Industrial/Organizational psychology and Program Chair for FL Tech's online Organizational Leadership Master's program.
