Xueyi "Sherry" Liao is a first-year Master's student in the Industrial-Organizational Psychology Program working under Dr. Lauren E. Kuykendall. Before joining Mason, she earned her Bacholer of Science degree in Psychology from the Pennsylvania State Univerisity. During her time at Penn State, she mainly worked in Dr. Susan Simkins's (formerly Mohammed) Teams, Cognition, and Time (TCaT) Research Lab. The main research project she invovled in is about multidisciplinary collaboration.
